Delivery Information
* After receiving your order, we will send your tracking number within 24-62 hours, and submit it to the logistics company as soon as possible for transit.
* There currently are shipping delays due to COVID and there may be shipping delays due to natural disasters, social/political/civil unrest, and/or holidays. PCLOA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
Orders made during December may be delayed due to holidays and shipping facilities being back tracked on orders. PCLOA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
* Due to current policy issues, we are unable to ship to India, Chile, Israel, Brunei, Hong Kong, and Algeria at this time. Country policies are changing all of the time and we may need to refund orders that can no longer be shipped. We apologize for the inconvenience.
* Some orders to Chile, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Australia, Some Middle Eastern Countries including Israel and Algeria are experiencing long shipping times please be aware it may take up to 40 days or longer to receive your order as the only current shipping method is via boat shipment to your region. When purchasing from PCLOA to these countries you acknowledge these extended shipping time.
Orders outside of the U.S.
As a buyer and a citizen, you are responsible for any requirements from your government regarding the merchandise that you ordered. After that, your post office will sort and deliver the package to your purchase order's shipping address.
Due to international Customs regulations, the declared values of your merchandise must match the purchased prices or your package will not be released to you until duty tax is paid.
